2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.), acting as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the website, technical access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) is automatically processed in server log files to provide and secure the website technically (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). This data is stored for a limited period for IT security purposes and then automatically deleted; it is not merged with other data sources.

3. Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the information you provide there (including name, email address, institution, product interest, message) solely to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measure). Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to process your inquiry. The data is transmitted by email to our inbox sales@arrandee.com and stored there for as long as is necessary to process your inquiry and any follow-up questions, after which it is deleted unless statutory retention obligations under German commercial or tax law require longer storage.

4. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies required to operate the site (e.g. to store your cookie consent), as well as – only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner – analytics cookies from Google Analytics (see item 5) and Microsoft Clarity (see item 6). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by clearing the cookie setting stored in your browser and reloading the page, or via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

5. Google Analytics

If you have consented to the use of analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), acting as our processor. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website (e.g. page views, time on page, country of origin). The information generated may be transmitted to and processed on Google servers, including by Google LLC in the United States; where this occurs, it is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses as a safeguard for this transfer to a third country. We have activated IP anonymization, so your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before further processing. Event data is retained in Google Analytics for a limited period, after which it is automatically deleted. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect, e.g. via "Cookie Settings" in the footer, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Further information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Microsoft Clarity

If you have consented to the use of analytics cookies, we also use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland ("Microsoft"), acting as our processor. Clarity uses cookies to record anonymized interaction data such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page views, and may generate heatmaps and session recordings, to help us understand and improve how visitors use this website. The information generated may be transmitted to and processed on Microsoft servers, including in the United States; where this occurs, it is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses as a safeguard for this transfer to a third country. Session data is retained for a limited period, after which it is automatically deleted. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect, e.g. via "Cookie Settings" in the footer, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Further information can be found in Microsoft's privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

7. Recipients of your data

Within the scope described above, your data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, all of which act as our processors or are themselves subject to confidentiality: our hosting provider (Hostinger), and – only with your consent – Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use fully automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

9. Your rights

Under the conditions set out by law, you have the right to: information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR); rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR); erasure (Art. 17 GDPR); restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR); data portability (Art. 20 GDPR); and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity processing, at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). Any consent given, including for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, can be withdrawn at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3) GDPR) – e.g. via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. To exercise these rights, please contact sales@arrandee.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), e.g. the data protection authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
